In 400 B.C. Socrates gave ideas to Plato. Then Plato gave ideas to Aristotle and the human concept of philosophy ensued.
Of course, much higher philosophic thought existed on Uratia thousands of years earlier. In the Planetary Prince's schools, and, then during Adam and Eve's mission.
